NAD+ Prime™ contains nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) in a sterile, lyophilized form, intended for reconstitution with the included bacteriostatic water. This format ensures stability and accurate preparation in controlled settings.
Each vial contains ≥99.9% purity NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) — a molecule naturally present in every living cell, essential for energy production and fundamental biological processes.

Step 1 — Remove the caps from the vial and the ampoule.
Step 2 — Using a sterile syringe, withdraw the selected volume of bacteriostatic water.
Step 3 — Inject the liquid into the vial containing the lyophilized NAD+.
Step 4 — Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
Step 5 — Use the prepared solution as needed, following appropriate handling procedures.
Step 6 — Store any unused solution refrigerated (2–8°C), away from light and moisture.
